Thank you for purchasing the LEATHER X LLC men’s wallet. To protect your shopping rights, please carefully read the following terms before requesting a return:

I. Return Scope

You can request a return or refund in the following situations (opened items are also eligible for return):

The product has quality issues or obvious defects;

The received product does not match the order;

The product is brand new, unused, and does not affect resale (including complete packaging and accessories);

II. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not supported in the following situations:

The product has been used, worn, or damaged due to human error;

The return request period has expired (usually within 7 days of receiving the product);

The product has been opened for personal reasons (e.g., dislike or unsuitability), affecting resale;

III. Return Process

Please submit a return request through customer service. Please submit your return request, including your order number and a description of the problem. After approval, we will provide return instructions. Please return the item as required and provide the tracking number. We will arrange a refund after receiving and confirming the item is undamaged.

IV. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs incurred due to product quality issues will be borne by us; return shipping costs incurred for non-quality issues will be borne by the user.

V. Refund Method and Time: Refunds will be returned to your original payment account. After approval, processing typically takes 3-7 business days. The actual arrival time depends on the payment institution.

VI. Important Note: Please contact customer service to confirm receipt before returning the goods to avoid affecting the processing progress. Please pack the goods properly to prevent damage during transportation.
